TheOna Meji shopis a small business that I create and manage alone with my little hands. It is therefore possible that there is sometimes a little wait for certain orders, especially if they are personalized.  If you encounter any problems, do not hesitate to contact me . My emails are processed every day except Friday  Saturday and Sunday.

I am not responsible for lost packages from distributors. For more information, you can go to page Legal Notice.

Regarding clairvoyances, I do not answer questions about health, pregnancy or death. You can cancel your appointment within 4 hours of it. Otherwise your session will be lost and no refund can be made.

Due to several cancellations of clairvoyance services, now for each reservation, the arres will make up half of the purchase price. In case of cancellation the arres will not be refunded.

Preamble

The site is the property of the Ona Meji boutique in its entirety, as well as all the rights relating thereto. Any reproduction, in whole or in part, is systematically subject to the authorization of the owners.

1. Acceptance of Terms

The customer acknowledges having read, at the time of placing the order, the special conditions of sale set out on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reservation.
These general conditions of sale govern the contractual relationship between the Ona Meji shop and its customer, both parties accepting them without reservation. These general conditions of sale will prevail over all other conditions appearing in any other document, except prior, express and written derogation.

2. Products

The photographs illustrating the products do not enter into the contractual field. If errors are introduced, in no case, the responsibility of the Ona Meji shop can not be engaged. The majority of the products offered to its customers are available in stock.

3. Order

4. Delivery

5. Withdrawal

Upon receipt of the items, no exchange or refund will be possible. 


 

In the case of dematerialized products, once the download link has been used, no refund will be possible.

In case of service such as benefits, the arres composes half of the price of the service, in the event of cancellation this sum cannot be claimed by the customers.

6. Price

The price is expressed in Canadian dollars.
The price indicated on the product sheets does not include transport.
The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, expressed all taxes included and excluding VAT, The Ona Meji shop is not subject to VAT. This price includes the price of the products, the costs of handling, packaging and storage of the products and the transport costs.

7. Payment

The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by La boutique Ona Meji.
The price of the products is payable in cash on the day of the actual order.
Payment is made by credit card bearing the initials CB. Online, Paypal allows you to pay for purchases in a secure environment.
Your credit card number is therefore directed to the Paypal servers, your payment is made directly to a bank in a secure environment without going through the store's server, a guarantee that is all the more important as your numbers are known only to Paypal. . The order validated by the customer will only be considered effective when the bank payment centers concerned have given their agreement. In case of refusal of the said centers, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail. Furthermore, The Ona Meji boutique reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

8. Disputes

This contract is subject to Canadian law. Ona Meji boutique cannot be held liable for damages of any kind, whether material, immaterial or bodily, which may result from a malfunction or misuse of the products marketed. The same applies to any modifications to the products resulting from the manufacturers. The responsibility of the Ona Meji shop will, in any event, be limited to the amount of the order and cannot be blamed for simple errors or omissions which may have remained despite all the precautions taken in the presentation of the products. In the event of difficulties in the application of this contract, the buyer has the possibility, before any legal action, to seek an amicable solution, in particular with the help of:

  – from a professional association in the sector
  – from a consumer association
  – any other counsel of his choosing.

It is recalled that the search for an amicable solution does not interrupt the "short time" of the legal guarantee, nor the duration of the contractual guarantee. It is recalled that as a general rule and subject to the judgment of the Courts, compliance with the provisions of this contract relating to the contractual guarantee assumes that the buyer honors his financial commitments to the seller. Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence, good faith being always presumed in those who take the trouble to explain their situations. In the event of a dispute, the customer will first contact the company to obtain an amicable solution.

Otherwise, the Commercial Court has exclusive jurisdiction, regardless of the place of delivery and method of payment accepted.

9. Warranty
